Personal focus and teaching goals:
The focus of my teaching is the interface between body, breath, voice and mind. Through a resource- and needs-oriented approach, I would like to support musicians in their important work as music creators in perceiving their many competencies and strengths, reflecting on needs, goals and limits and accompanying them holistically by means of perception, breathing and mindfulness exercises, stage work, yoga and body awareness as well as self-esteem strengthening to find their (personal and professional) path in harmony with their needs and personality.
