Continual and holistic human resources development as well as the promotion of training and further training are the foremost priorities of the Human Resources Development Office – Center for Further Education.
From the individual level to that of the mdw’s organisational units, human resources development serves everybody and embodies a commensurately broad range of programmes for schooling and further qualification. In doing so, the ZfW assesses existing resources, knowledge, skills, and needs.
The objective of human resources development is to support motivation and job satisfaction, promote and maintain good health, and reinforce employees’ identification with the University.
We also offer advising with regard to your professional development within the University, staff training, coaching, and much more.
