Project management for own projects
with a focus on inclusion, sustainability and diversity

In this practice-oriented workshop, students and graduates acquire fundamental project management skills—tailored specifically to their own artistic projects. The focus is on projects that take on social responsibility and actively incorporate aspects such as inclusion, ecological sustainability, and diversity. Using concrete practical examples and by developing their own project ideas, participants learn how to strategically plan, finance, and implement their artistic visions.

Objectives

Participants will

  • understand the basics of project management (planning, financing, communication) in an artistic context
  • learn how to effectively integrate socially relevant topics such as inclusion, sustainability, and diversity into their projects
  • develop initial approaches for their own artistic projects with a social focus
  • strengthen their ability to work in a team, give feedback, and present projects convincingly
