Build Your Own Website
In an increasingly digitalized world, it is becoming ever more important for students to have an online presence as a digital business card. In my course "Build Your Own Website" I want to support students in creating their first website. The webinar consists of two parts that build on one another: the first part covers the technical and conceptual basics of building a website and introduces various website builder platforms. In particular, we look at how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used in creating websites. Between the two parts, students are asked to create their own website. In the second part, the results are then discussed together and feedback is given.

Course lecturer Maximilian Well
Maximilian Well is the founder of the "For Planet Strategy Lab" and a freelance "Digital Product Designer." Previously, he worked for a long time as Design Lead at the agency Goodpatch, a Japanese digital product design studio with offices in Tokyo, Berlin, and Munich. Having grown up in Munich, he first studied communication science in Vienna and then communication design in Berlin. Since then, he has worked with both start-up clients and globally operating companies on the design and implementation of their digital products (apps, platforms, websites). For the past four years, he has also been teaching courses on "Build Your Own Website" at the University of Music and Theatre Munich and the Mozarteum University Salzburg.
