EAS Conference 2026 in Wien
Der Fachbereich Lehramt am IMP fungiert als Organisationsteam für die 33. Jahreskonferenz der European Assocation for Music in Schools (EAS), die von 8.-11. April 2026 an der mdw in Wien stattfindet.
Unter dem Konferenzthema Advance Democracy. Participation, Diversity, and Social Cohesion in Music Education werden 400 Musikpädagog_innen und Studierende aus ganz Europa und Übersee in Wien erwartet, um in Paper Presentations, Workshops, Round Tables, Poster Sessions und vielen anderen Formaten die internationale Vernetzung und den Austausch innerhalb der musikpädagogischen Community zu stärken.

This is how you can support us in this endeavour:
• Use public transportation, the bicycle or walk. The mdwCampus is very centrally located and easy to reach with the U3, U4, the S-Bahn or the tram line O.
• There are plenty of bicycle parking spaces available. At Anton-von-Webern-Platz there is also a bicycle service station and two barrier-free parking spaces.
• Please, avoid rubbish in the best way possible and separate unavoidable rubbish on site according to the specifications of the waste management system.
• Use 100% recycled paper or non-chlorine bleached (TCF) paper for necessary printing.
