ALIISA war ein Innovations- und Entwicklungsprojekt für inklusive Kunstpädagogik in internationaler Kooperation: Zusammenarbeit von kunstpädagogischer Ausbildung zwischen Hochschulbildung und Bildung der Sekundarstufefe; es zielt vor allem auf zwei der nachhaltigen Entwicklungsziele der Vereinten Nationen ab, die bis 2030 erreicht werden sollen: hochwertige Bildung (einschließlich musikalischer Bildung) und soziales Wohlergehen für alle.
Ziel war ein internationales universitäres Weiterbildungsmodell , um dem Entwicklungsbedarf der Musik-, Tanz- und Kunstpädagogik gerecht zu werden, wozu die Verbesserung der sozialen Bedeutung der Kunst und ihrer Rolle bei der Förderung der sozialen Eingliederung und des Wohlbefindens, die Entwicklung pädagogischer Einstellungen und Fähigkeiten, die Verbesserung der Qualität der kunstpädagogischen Lehre, die Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von qualifizierten Fachkräften auf dem Gebiet der allgemeinen und künstlerischen Bildung sowie die Verbreitung bewährter Praktiken in der inklusiven Kunstpädagogik zählen.
Zu den Intellectual Outputs zählen die Durchführung der internationalen Workshopwochen, die Entwicklung des länderspezifischen Weiterbildungsmodells, der Syllabus, die Transnational Meetings und Multiplier Events sowie zwei empirische Forschungen.
Im Zentrum stand das auf zwei Semester angelegte und mit 5 ECTS berechnete Weiterbildungsmodell ALIISA Continuing Inclusive Art Education (ACIAE) mit multimodaler Lehre aus Workshops, Kontaktunterricht, Kleingruppenarbeit, Onlinestudien, Peer-Tutoring und berufsbezogenem Lernen für inskribierte Studierende. Herzstück von ACIAE waren die Learning-, Teaching- und Trainingswochen (LTT).

ALIISA was an innovation and development project for inclusive arts education in international cooperation: collaborating arts education between higher education and secondary education. It primarily aims at two of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, to be achieved by 2030: quality education (including music education) and social well-being for all.
The aim was to offer an international university-based continuing education model to meet the development needs of music, dance, and arts education, including enhancing the social significance of art and its role in promoting social inclusion and well-being, developing pedagogical attitudes and skills, improving the quality of arts education, ensuring the availability of qualified professionals in the field of general and arts education, and disseminating best practices in inclusive arts education.
The intellectual outputs includes the implementation of the international workshop weeks, the development of the country-specific continuing education model, the syllabus, the transnational meetings and multiplier events, as well as two empirical research projects.
The focus was on the ALIISA Continuing Inclusive Art Education (ACIAE) continuing education model, which is designed over two semesters and carries 5 ECTS credits. It features multimodal teaching consisting of workshops, contact classes, small group work, online studies, peer tutoring, and work-related learning for enrolled students. The core of ACIAE was the Learning, Teaching, and Training (LTT) weeks.
