ERASMUS+ EUROPE STAFF TRAINING MOBILITY (INCOMING)

The mdw welcomes many visitors from partner universities in various countries. This opportunity is especially popular among administrative staff members. The International Office provides organizational support and guidance throughout the exchange process.

We would like to sincerely thank all colleagues who have hosted international visitors in recent years and we hope that many mdw staff members will continue to make use of this valuable opportunity for professional and intercultural exchange.

Are you interested in visiting the mdw as part of an Erasmus+ Staff Training (STT)?

The application process consists of two steps:

1) Registration in Mobility Online
First, please register in Mobility Online via this link. Please note that applications for incoming mobilities are accepted exclusively through Mobility Online.
If you do not receive an automatic email within 10 minutes after submitting the registration form, please check your spam folder or contact us at: erasmus-stt@mdw.ac.at

2) Submit your application
Afterwards, you can log in to Mobility Online here and complete your application. You may leave the application process at any time and log in again later — your data will be saved. Mobility Online guides you through the entire process related to your mobility.

The following documents must be uploaded during the application process:
•    Letter of motivation 
•    Curriculum vitae (CV)

Deadlines and Important Information

Applications must be submitted at least one month before the planned mobility period or before the application deadline set by the sending institution.
Providing a high-quality mobility experience is very important to us. Therefore, we reserve the right to reject applications if adequate support and supervision cannot be guaranteed due to time or organizational constraints.
