Learning Agreement

 

The Learning Agreement process starts only after you have received an official acceptance for a study place at the mdw.
Please note that the procedure differs depending on the mobility programme.

  • 1. Receive acceptance
    After receiving the official acceptance for a study place at the mdw, the process continues.
  • 2. Confirm or decline the study place
    The offered study place must be confirmed or declined within two weeks in Mobility Online.
  • 3. Start the Learning Agreement
    Only after confirming the study place should you start preparing the Learning Agreement.

 

Please note: From this point onwards, the procedure varies by mobility programme!

 

Erasmus+ Europe

  • 4. Course Preferences in Mobility Online
    Enter the preferred courses based on the course modules in Mobility Online → LOGIN Mobility Online
  • 5. Review by the mdw
    The mdw reviews which courses can generally be approved.
  • 6. Learning Agreement via EWP

    After receiving feedback from the mdw, the Learning Agreement MUST be created in the home institution’s system and submitted to the mdw via EWP.

    ⚠️ Please contact the home institution for access to the Learning Agreement platform. Each institution uses its own system.

  • 7. Required Signatures
    The Learning Agreement can only be submitted to the mdw once it has been digitally signed by:
    - the student
    - the coordinator at the home institution
  • 8. Completion of the Learning Agreement
    The Learning Agreement must be submitted to the mdw no later than four weeks after acceptance.

 

All other programmes

(e.g. bilateral, SEMP, ASEA-UNINET, Erasmus+ International)

  • 4. Course Preferences in Mobility Online
    Enter the preferred courses based on the course modules  in Mobility Online → LOGIN Mobility Online
  • 5. Review by the mdw
    The mdw reviews which courses can generally be approved.
  • 6. Learning Agreement
    After the review, the Learning Agreement is prepared, signed and sent by the mdw.
  • 7. Required signatures
    The following signatures are then required:
    - the student
    - the coordinator at the home institution
  • 8. Completion of the Learning Agreement
    The Learning Agreement (including the signature of the home institution) must be completed no later than four weeks after acceptance.

 

Notes

(valid for all programmes)

  • If courses such as orchestra, ensemble or German language courses must already be included in the Learning Agreement prior to the mobility, please add the note "(fixed only after successful entrance examination)" to the course name.
  • The component code is not relevant at this stage. If this field is mandatory, entering “XXX” is sufficient.
