Das GRg X ist eine Schule mit ca. 800 Schülern, viele mit Migrationshintergrund. Das
bedeutet, dass sprachliche Probleme und kulturelle Unterschiede immer ein wichtiges
Thema sind.
meine methodischen Schwerpunkte:
• von der Theorie in die Praxis und umgekehrt – Anwenden von Gelerntem z.B. mit
Orff-Instrumentarium
• weg vom Lehrervortrag – Methoden des schülerzentrierten Unterrichts
• Und was tun die anderen? – Die eingesetzten Methoden sollen eine aktive
Beteiligung aller Schülerinnen ermöglichen
• die Arbeit an einem Thema soll in die Tiefe gehen, nicht in die Breite
meine pädagogischen Schwerpunkte
• Anknüpfen an Alltag, Leben und Vorwissen der SchülerInnen
• Musizieren ist ein miteinander mit Respekt vor den Leistungen anderer
• 'Soft skills' sind mindestens ebenso wichtig wie 'hard skills'.
• Die Schule muss ein Raum sein, in dem jede Person, so wie sie ist, akzeptiert und
respektiert wird und Lehrpersonen haben dabei eine überaus wichtige

GRg X:
GRg X is a school with approximately 800 students, many of them with a migration
background. This means that language barriers and cultural differences are always an important issue.
My methodological focus:
• From theory to practice and back again – applying what has been learned, e.g. with Orff instruments
• Away from teacher-centered teaching – methods of student-centered teaching
• And what are the others doing? – The methods should enable active participation by all students
• Working on a topic should go into depth, not breadth
My pedagogical focus:
• Linking it to the everyday life and prior knowledge of the students
• Making music is a collaborative activity that requires respect for the achievements of others
• Soft skills are at least as important as hard skills.
• The school must be a space where every person is accepted and respected as they
are, and teachers play an exceptionally important role as role models in this regard.
