mdw Mentoring Programme 2024


The mdw Mentoring Programme for artists (women, inter* and non-binary persons) took place for the second time in 2024. In 2024, twelve mentees took part in the career development programme, which lasted several months, intensively examining their academic careers and developing them further in exchange with international mentors.

The mdw Mentoring Programme for Prae and Post Docs (women, inter* and non-binary persons) took place for the second time in 2023. In 2023, nine mentees – from musicology, musical acoustics, music education, music therapy and film studies/artistic research – took part in the career development programme, which lasted several months. They engaged intensively with their academic careers and developed them further in exchange with international mentors.
