We are committed to democratic values, equal treatment, and diversity. In the same spirit, we value open communication, transparency, and participation for the further development of the university. We stand for gender equality and inclusion.

INCLUSIVE MOBILITIES

Environmental and climate protection are central priorities of the European Union and the European Green Deal is the strategy aimed at achieving climate neutrality by 2050. The Erasmus+ programme plays a key role by promoting knowledge and skills related to climate change and supporting sustainable development.

In addition to inclusion & diversity, digital transformation, and participation in democratic life, environmental and climate protection are among the key priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme.

Students are therefore encouraged to use low-emission transport for journeys under 500km and are eligible for increased travel grants when opting for sustainable travel.

INCLUSIVE MOBILITIES

The green-mdw was established in 2013 with the goal of reducing our university's ecological footprint. Further information about this information and action platform, which addresses aspects of ecological sustainability and its implementation in university and work life, can be found here.
