Herta & Kurt Blaukopf Award 2026
For the fourth time, the Research Support of the mdw announces the Herta & Kurt Blaukopf Award for outstanding dissertations. The award serves to highlight extraordinary achievements in the context of academic doctoral studies and to support early-stage researchers in their subsequent academic careers.

In the academic year 2025/26 Sebastian Müller, Michael Kitzberger, Julia Hagen, Katharina Treutler, Wilhelm Spuller, Francesco Angelico, Oscar Bianchi, Jorge Sánchez-Chiong, Svetlana Makarova, Marie Christine Köberlein and Mischa Janisch assumed their positions at the mdw.
