Learning Agreement
The Learning Agreement process starts only after you have received an official acceptance for a study place at the mdw.
Please note that the procedure differs depending on the mobility programme.

- Receive acceptance
After receiving the official acceptance for a study place at the mdw, the process continues. - Confirm or decline the study place
The offered study place must be confirmed or declined within two weeks. - Start the Learning Agreement
Only after confirming the study place should you start preparing the Learning Agreement.
Please note: From this point onwards, the procedure varies by mobility programme!
Erasmus+ Europe
- Contact your home institution
Please contact your home institution to obtain access to the platform used for creating the Learning Agreement.
The Learning Agreement must be created in the system of the home institution. - Course selection
For course selection, please refer to our course modules. - Required signatures
For the Learning Agreement to reach the mdw, the following digital signatures are required:
- the student
- the coordinator at the home institution - Submission of the Learning Agreement
The Learning Agreement must be submitted to the mdw no later than four weeks after acceptance.
All other programmes
(e.g. bilateral, SEMP, ASEA-UNINET, Erasmus+ International)
- Use of mdw Mobility Online
The entire Learning Agreement process is carried out within your mdw Mobility Online account. Log in to Mobility Online - Course selection
For course selection, please refer to our course modules and enter the courses at Mobility Online. - Required signatures
Finally sign the Learning Agreement through Mobility Online. It will be automatically submitted to your home institution for signature. - Submission of the Learning Agreement
The Learning Agreement (including the signature of the home institution) must be completed no later than four weeks after acceptance.
Notes
(valid for all programmes)
- If courses such as orchestra, ensemble or German language courses must already be included in the Learning Agreement prior to the mobility, please add the note "(fixed only after successful entrance examination)" to the course name.
- The component code is not relevant at this stage. If this field is mandatory, entering “XXX” is sufficient.
