For the first-time enrolment of your degree programme / course, please come during the admissions period from 03 August to 02 October 2026 to us.

During the registration period, we are available in person at our office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
We also respond to your emails and phone calls outside of these hours.

Number allocation during the admissions period begins at 8:30 a.m. using a QR code in the entrance area, which you can scan with your smartphone (free Wi-Fi connection available).

Attention, there are only limited waiting numbers!

 

All further steps concerning the Matricel Number, the payment of tuition/ÖH fees or course fees, the mdwOnline account, etc. will be provided to you by the first-time enrolment.

 

Please bring the following documents:

 

•     Passport or identity card
•     completed forms "Semestermeldung" and "Verpflichtungserklärung für mdwOnline"
•     Original Bachelor's/Master's/Matura certificate (if required for the degree programme)
•     Proof of appropriate language skills (information can be found here)
•     Conferral certificates of academic degrees (if already awarded)
