The mentoring programme requires your continuous presence and independent, active participation in all parts of the programme. Please consider in advance whether you are able to commit to this and clarify – including with your superiors – that you can participate in the entire programme. Mentees sign a declaration in which they commit to participating in all parts of the programme.
You can find a report on the first mdw mentoring programme for artists in 2022, including statements from the participants, in mdwMagazin.
