Guidelines for Project Realizatio 



The project must follow the schedule outlined in the proposal.


The project is subject to a maximum duration of 1.5 years (including final financial reporting), beginning upon receipt of the funding notification or as otherwise agreed.


Project progress must be reported to the GGD on a regular basis, especially if any changes are made to the submitted proposal in terms of content.


The source of funding must be explicitly acknowledged:

  • all publications must include the statement »funded by the Gender|Queer|Diversity-Call«, and
  • feature both the logos of mdw and GGD



The project is required to use gender-sensitive and diversity-aware language and imagery.


The project must integrate the principles of barrierefrei Veranstalten – hosting accessible events


The project is must be featured on the website of the respective department or organizational unit.

 

 

Accounting Modalities and Reporting



Please submit a final report (minimum 2 pages) summarizing the key outcomes in relation to the targets and target groups, within three months after the project has ended.


Provide a detailed financial accounting of the project based on the budget plan submitted.


Financial processing: all expenses incurred are to be covered initially by the respective department's or organizational unit's cost center unless agreed otherwise.
After completion of the project, submission of the final report, and a positive evaluation by the GGD, the GGD will transfer the total approved funding to the relevant cost center.
