Our Young Masters Gala Concert at the Konzerthaus became an evening in which music quite literally built bridges: five different Young Masters formations—from the piano trio and the nine-member Young Winds and Concert Band to the 16-member Young Masters Cello Ensemble and our original formation, the Young Masters Ensemble with strings, flute, saxophone, harp, and percussion—filled the Schubert Hall with sound and diversity.
Unser Young Masters Galakonzert im Konzerthaus wurde zu einem Abend, an dem Musik sprichwörtliche Brücken schlägt: Fünf unterschiedliche Young Masters Formationen – vom Piano Trio über die neunköpfigen Young Winds und die Concert Band bis hin zum 16-köpfigen Young Masters Cello Ensemble und unserer Urformation, dem Young Masters Ensemble mit Streichern, Flöte, Saxophon, Harfe und Schlagwerk – füllten den Schubertsaal mit Klang und Vielfalt.
In the last week of September, the international chamber music exchange "Young Talents on Tour" took place for the third time – a joint support program for young musicians from the Lübeck Academy of Music, the Conservatoire de la Ville de Luxembourg, and the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
In der letzten Septemberwoche fand zum dritten Mal der internationale Kammermusikaustausch „Young Talents on Tour“ statt – ein gemeinsames Förderungsprogramm für junge Musikerinnen und Musiker der Musikhochschule Lübeck, des Conservatoire de la Ville Luxembourg und der mdw – Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien.
We are delighted to share our impressions from the very successful concert tour of the Young Masters Concert Band in Beijing. In early July 2024, the 15- to 18-year-old musicians from the Young Masters program were invited to this adventure. The host was Beijing Universal Music & Culture Development Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the organizer Uniart Media and the Johann Sebastian Bach Music School.

On May 6, 2024, for the eighth time, our Spring Concert, hosted by the KIWANIS Club Vienna-Europe 1, took place. Under the motto "Traveling with Music," young musicians from the mdw talent lab and the Johann Sebastian Bach Music School presented an evening full of musical discoveries to the audience.
