How do I get a Duplicate of my

• Notification (award of academic degree)
• Diploma Supplement

 

You can request duplicates from the office of the Director of Studies.

Your duplicate will be issued and sent by a registered mail after the payment of the amount specified below.

You also have the option of picking up your duplicate in person at the Office of the Director of Studies.
