ERASMUS+ INTERNATIONAL STAFF MOBILITY FOR TEACHING & TRAINING (OUTGOING)

 

Mdw teaching staff have the opportunity to apply for and engage in 5-day Erasmus+ Staff Mobility International for Teaching Assignments. Activities that combine teaching and further training are likewise possible.

APPLICATION

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • 5 consecutive days of teaching/training
  • 8 hours of teaching/training
  • 2 additional travel days possible
  • Processing according to Erasmus+ guidelines & via Mobility Online (only possible with Interinstitutional Agreement)

 

 

APPLICATION PROCESS & SUBMISSIONS

 

  • Multi-stage application process
  • Expression of interest via Mobility Online
  • Approval by departmental leadership & Vice Rector Johannes Meissl
  • Notification to partner institution about application
  • Collective application under Erasmus+ KA171
  • Decision and nomination not until August of the following year

 

 

Deadline: Applications may be submitted until 30.11.2024 (for mobilities in fall 2025; Mobilities 2023/24 and 2024/25 only possible to a limited extent after consultation with International Office)

10 STEP GUIDE TEACHING MOBILITY

 

  1. Gathering information about partner universities from the International Office of the mdw & contacting colleagues at the partner university
  1. Discussion of the mobility project with the institute management
  2. Online application via Mobility Online
  3. Internal approval process & decision on financing by the National Agency
  4. Completion of Erasmus+ documents in Mobility Online
  5. Booking of travel & accommodation after RKZ approval
  6. Implementation & documentation of the mobility
  7. Confirmation of the mobility by the host institution
  8. Refunding of travel expenses by submitting receipts
  9. Completion of the EU Survey
