ᐅ Gender|Queer|Diversity-Call at mdw

Through the GQD-call, mdw invites all members of the university to develop projects that address equity, gender, and diversity. The call aims to foster work and study environments that are free(r) from discrimination, strengthen gender and diversity competencies and generate fresh perspectives on existing structures and bodies of knowledge.
 

ᐅ Reach higher, reach beyond

mdw’s mentoring program for women, intersex, and non-binary individuals

Developed as part of mdw’s diversity strategy, the career advancement program »Reach higher, reach beyond« was institutionalized in 2025. The program features two distinct tracks that run alternately: one tailored for PhD and postdoctoral researchers, and another specifically for artists at mdw.
