On 23 October 2023, the mdwPress Academic Board will meet and decide upon the recent submissions. You can get in touch anytime to prepare your submission. We encourage you to book a consultation ahead of your submission, in order to make sure your submission includes all the required information four weeks ahead of the meeting. There are many aspects to consider: technical features of your publication, time and financial planning, licenses etc. The mdwPress Coordination is there to support you in the application process!
The next scheduled date for the Academic Board meeting in 2024 has not been determined yet, but we will keep you posted as soon as it is decided. However, if external circumstances do not allow you to wait for a decision at those meetings, you can submit anytime and we will do our best to reach the Academic Board for a circular resolution.
