Winner of the Special Prize in the Joseph Joachim 2025 Competition and awarded the prestigious 2024 Abbiati Prize, Trio Sheliak is passionately dedicated to chamber music: three different personalities come together in a single sound organism based on intuition, empathy and trust. The Trio has won numerous first prizes, including the Giangrandi Eggmann 2025, the Alberto Burri 2023, the Luigi Nono 2023 and the Filippo Nicosia 2022. Since 2024 the Trio is an ECMA Ensemble. In 2024, the Trio was awarded two Specialised Chamber Music Masters with top marks from Bern and Luzern Hochschule, where they studied with Patrick Jüdt, Hiroko Sakagami and Isabelle van Keulen, receiving from Kanton Luzern the ST.ART Prize, and the J. Müller Stiftung prize.? Trio Sheliak has performed at numerous festivals, such as Flanders Festival Ghent, Chamber Music Trieste, Lingotto Musica, Amici della Musica di Firenze, Società dei Concerti di Trieste, Les Jardins Musicaux, Bühnen Bern, Piano Trio Fest, KKL Luzern. In January 2024 they made their debut in China with a concert tour between Beijing and Chongqing
