The following applies to students at the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna:

To take courses at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, you must register as a co-student at the Academy's Study and Examination Department within the general admission period (bring your student ID card).

To take courses at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, you must register as a guest student within the general admission period. This can also be done online.

The course certificate can then be credited at the mdw by the Director of Studies upon request.

 

The following applies to students of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna:

In order to attend courses at the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, it is necessary to register as a guest student in person at the mdw Study Centre within the general admission period.

 

The following applies to students of the University of Applied Arts Vienna:

In order to enrol in courses at the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, it is necessary to register in person as a co-enrollee at the mdw Study Centre within the general admission period.

The course certificate will then be credited at the University of Applied Arts in the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching. For credit at the University of Applied Arts, please contact the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching.
