Venue (Template)

The conference will take place on the campus of the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.

The conference rooms are located in the main building and are accessible with wheelchairs. We kindly ask you to inform us of any need for assistance when registering. Further information on accessibility at the mdw can be found on the website mdw_barrierefrei.

LECTURE ROOMS
All rooms are equipped with a laptop, projector and the possibility of sound reproduction. A student assistant is available in each room to answer organisational and technical questions.
Please come to the room at least 10-15 minutes before the start of your panel to load the presentation onto your laptop.

WARDROBE
Coat racks are located directly in the lecture rooms. Please take care of your wardrobe yourself, as we are not liable for any damage caused. Luggage can be left at the information desk for short-term storage.

TOILETS
On each floor of the main building of the mdw there are ladies'/men's toilets and barrier-free toilets. All-gender toilets are available on some floors.

You can download a campus map including information on changing tables and barrier-free toilets here. Changing tables are also available at the Rennweg, Singerstraße and Seilerstätte campuses.

Wheelchair loan
At the mdw campus (1030 Vienna) it is possible to borrow a wheelchair at short notice in an emergency. You can get one from the school attendants in building S (‘Alte Anatomie’), who can be reached at extension -6325.
