Not all waste is unusable

Waste is a valuable raw material for new products. Proper separation is important for both economic and ecological reasons.

Since 1 January 2025, single-use beverage packaging with a deposit logo has been taken back at all points of sale in Austria where it was issued. Information on the one-way deposit can be found at Recycling Pfand Österreich.

Please help to reduce residual waste by using the existing separation systems.

Separation fractions for paper, light plastic packaging/metal and residual waste are available at the event venue.

White/coloured glass and organic waste must be disposed of outside the mdw in the appropriate containers.
