Comes from a german-bohemian family of musicians, studied in Salzburg and Berlin. Winner of numerous international piano-competitions. International career since his success 1997 at the “Van Cliburn international Piano Competition” (Texas). Concerts e.g. in the Carnegie Hall (New York), Kennedy Center (Washington D.C.), Alice Tully Hall (Atlanta), Musashino Hall (Tokyo), Salle Cortot (Paris), Rudolphinum (Prag), Philharmonic St. Petersburg, Tonhalle Zurich, Philharmonie Berlin, Musikhalle Hamburg, Herkulessaal Munich. 2004 beside concerts in Germany tours through America and South Africa. Numerous master courses, last in Japan (University Saga) and America (Baylor University, Texas). Since 2001 professor of a piano concert class at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna.
