Venue

The conference venue (Anton-von-Webern-Platz 1, 1030 Vienna) is centrally located and we recommend arriving by public transportation.

If you arrive by train, or by train from the airport, please go to Wien Hauptbahnhof. From there, you can easily continue by U-Bahn. 

The train company CAT also organises a temporary bus service from Vienna Schwechat International Airport to Wien Mitte, please see https://www.cityairporttrain.com/en/. These buses run every 12 minutes, but note that the fare is higher than the train to Wien Hauptbahnhof. 

The following stations are within walking distance: U3 Landstraße; U4 Stadtpark or Landstraße as well as tram line O Ungargasse/Neulinggasse.

Our main conference hall is the Joseph Haydn Hall, located on the first floor of Building A on the mdw campus. In addition, we will use the Fanny Hensel Hall in Building C and the Banquet Hall in Building S for various conference activities and formats.
