Section 99 Paragraph 4 UG
Appointment procedures pursuant to Section 99 Paragraph 4 UG are simplified procedures through which university lecturers and associate professors can be appointed as university professors. The number of positions to be filled is determined in the development plan. The Rector selects the most suitable person after consultation with the university professors of the respective department and the Working Group for Equal Opportunities.
