Due to changes in study regulations, it has unfortunately been necessary to postpone the 2nd semester of the Bachelor's program in Voice, which was originally scheduled for the beginning of September, to the beginning of July. The decision-makers at the Department of Vocal Studies and Music Theatre have decided to hold all examinations in person. Registration for the entrance examination is done centrally via mdwOnline, the internet portal of the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. The entrance examinations take place at the Department of Vocal Studies and Music Theatre of the mdw - University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, Penzingerstraße 7, 1140 Vienna. For the current range of studies offered by the mdw, please refer to the homepage of the mdw under the link: Studium|Studienangebot|Gesang und Musiktheaterregie. For further information, please contact the StudienCenter of the mdw. When registering via the internet portal, you can submit teaching requests for the central artistic subjects. You are urgently requested to discuss your preferred courses with the respective teachers by e-mail prior to the admission examinations. If you have any problems or questions regarding the registration at the mdw service portal, the staff of the mdw's Central Information Service (ZID) will be happy to help you.
