Verena Maria Engelberth joined the team at the Department Secretariat of Voice and Musical Theatre at the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna at the beginning of 2026.

Her responsibilities include general office administration, in particular handling the institute's correspondence independently, managing appointments and maintaining absences. She also supports the management in personnel matters, in particular coordinating appointment and recruitment procedures. In addition, she assists with event and examination management and supports the institute's management in budget planning.
