Born and raised in Vienna
First piano lessons at the age of five from his father
Then a pupil at the Vienna Music School (piano, violin, children's singing school)
At age 15, self-taught intensive study of guitar/electric guitar and first contact with improvisation in pop and jazz
After graduating from secondary school, initially studied at the Vienna University of Technology and worked in the field of computer science
Admitted to the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna at the age of 22
Graduated in instrumental pedagogy (under Prof. Antoinette Van Zabner) and keyboard instruments in popular music (under Prof. Heribert Kohlich, among others)

Participation in numerous master classes and seminars with Jürgen Uhde (piano), Gary Dial, Wolfgang Muthspiel, Alegre Corea (jazz), Herbert Wiedemann (improvisation), among others

Since 2005 Improvisation courses at the TOHO Academy Vienna Collaboration with Antoinette Van Zabner and the piano duo Wulz – Van Zabner (arrangements and supervision of several CD productions, released on the Gramola label)
