SAP Payment Confirmation
Initial activation of your mdwOnline account
Please contact your department's administrative office or your mdwOnline representative, who will issue you a PIN code for the initial activation of your account.
mdwOnline: Access to SAP Payment Confirmation
To access the "SAP Payment Confirmation" application, you must first log into mdwOnline (https://online.mdw.ac.at).
You will find the "Personal Self Services (PSS)" application on your personal business card.
First registration
For the initial registration, the system generates a four-digit PIN code. This PIN code is required to be able to access the "SAP Payment Confirmation" application.
Important! Remember the AZN PIN code; it will only be displayed once when you log in for the first time!
After three incorrect entries, the AZN PIN code is locked and can only be unlocked again by the Department of Human Resources Management.
Retrieving the SAP Payment Confirmations (pay slips)
After entering your AZN PIN code, you can retrieve the requested payment confirmation as follows:
- Select the year, for example, 2015
- Select the month, e.g. January
and click on the "Load" button.
Afterwards, your payment confirmation (payslip) will be displayed as a PDF document. You can view, print, or even save the document.
