Fictitious train or public transport costs

Whenever you cannot present a ticket or provide sufficient justification for your means of transport, travel costs will be reimbursed at the rate of a fictitious train or public transport ticket. For train tickets, the ÖBB flexible fare, 2nd class, for online purchases, serves as the basis for calculation.
