Workshop: Linked Data for Musicologists & DH Scholars Part 2. Practice

The Department of Music Acoustics – Wiener Klangstil (IWK) at the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna is pleased to announce the visit of Dr. Terhi Nurmikko-Fuller (RMIT University) in May. Nurmikko-Fuller will be sharing her expertise in Linked Data approaches for DH at a number of events, to which you are cordially invited. Participation is free and no registration is required.

Programm

This practical session will allow participants to apply Linked Data theory to real-world data. The activities in this session will include ontological modelling and knowledge representation. We will also examine the role GenAI tools can have on supporting this data conversion process. This session will be independent from the Workshop Part 1 on 7 May, please feel free to attend only one or both sessions.
