Seminar: Linked Data and Music Encoding

The Department of Music Acoustics – Wiener Klangstil (IWK) at the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna is pleased to announce the visit of Dr. Terhi Nurmikko-Fuller (RMIT University) in May. Nurmikko-Fuller will be sharing her expertise in Linked Data approaches for DH at a number of events, to which you are cordially invited. Participation is free and no registration is required.

Programm

This seminar will provide hands-on opportunities for experimenting with Linked Data applications in the music domain, and will consider the use of these approaches in the context of music encoding using the MEI (Music Encoding Initiative) format.
