In this current digital world of Community Music, this workshop will explore and showcase different models of Community Music practice gathered from the International Community Music Network over the past 9 months. Together we will explore: Methods of engagement to build community, Methods for learning repertoire and technique, Methods of creative improvisation and composition. Whilst collectively evaluating the restrictions and opportunities this medium can bring to Community Music practice.
Der Workshop findet in englischer Sprache statt. Bereits ab 14.15 Uhr gibt es die Möglichkeit, mit Matthew Robinson ins Gespräch über seine Tätigkeit als Community Musician am Konzerthaus Dortmund zu kommen.
Die Reihe „… im Dialog“ ist eine Kooperation zwischen dem Institut für musikpädagogische Forschung, Musikdidaktik und Elementares Musizieren (IMP), der Plattform Musikvermittlung (PMÖ) und auf:takt Kultur.
