Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the symposium‘s management and directed to the email: mt-family@mdw.ac.at

• 100% refund: For cancellations received by July 31^st 2022 (11:59 pm CET) 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• 50% refund: For cancellations received by August 31^st 2022 (11:59 pm CET) 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• No refund: Registrations cancelled after 31^st of August 2022 (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fee.
