All electronic publication formats are generally freely accessible and licensed under a Creative Commons license (CC license). In any case, the license allows others to share and reuse the main body of the work at least for non-commercial purposes of preservation, text and data mining, education, research, and distribution in the original language. The work can be reused with an acknowledgement of the work\u2019s authorship, of the derivative use, and the publication by mdwPress. The most open CC license, <a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by\/4.0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">CC BY<\/a>, is recommended to all authors and editors in a consultation.
