On 8 May 2023, the mdwPress Academic Board will meet and decide upon the submissions. You can get in touch anytime to prepare your submission. We encourage you to book a consultation ahead of your submission. There are many aspects to consider: technical features of your publication, time and financial planning, licenses etc. The mdwPress Coordination is there to support you in the application process!
The next scheduled date for the Academic Board meeting is 23 November 2023. However, if external circumstances do not allow you to wait for a decision at those meetings, you can submit anytime and we will do our best to mobilise the Academic Board for a circular resolution.
