Das Streaming-Team ist Teil des mdw-Audio-Video-Zentrums und wird von Ulrich Wagner geleitet, der f\u00fcr Produktion, technische Leitung und Regie der Projekte verantwortlich ist. F\u00fcr ihn unverhandelbar: Die Audioqualit\u00e4t muss stimmen. \u201eUnser Steckenpferd ist ein guter Ton\u201c, gesteht Wagner, der auch auf die Expertise des Instituts f\u00fcr Tonmeister_innen-Ausbildung zur\u00fcckgreifen kann. etwas Unvorhergesehenes passieren. Nach letzten Checks geht der Stream online und jede_r ist an seinem\/ihrem Platz: die Tonmeister_innen an den Reglern, die Kamerafrauen und -m\u00e4nner an der Kamera, Wagner und der Regieassistent am Videoschnitt, der IT-Techniker am Monitor. Die \u201eStreamer_innen\u201c sind ein eingespieltes Team und k\u00f6nnen jederzeit f\u00fcreinander einspringen \u2013 auch an anderen Positionen.
