Einge\u00fcbte Denk- und Handlungsmuster, strukturell bedingte Diskriminierung oder Ein- und Ausschlusskriterien beispielsweise bei Aufnahmepr\u00fcfungen ganz bewusst zu machen, diese zu hinterfragen und neue Perspektiven zu erm\u00f6glichen \u2013 all das und mehr spielt in Zusammenhang mit Diversit\u00e4t eine zentrale Rolle.
