Trio Bohémo was founded in 2019. The members of the ensemble are Jan Vojtek, piano, Matou? P?ru?ka, violin and Kristina Vocetková, cello. Since 2020 they have been members of the ECMA and the Le Dimore del Quartetto network, which later awarded them prize for the ensemble of the year 2021. In the past season, they won the first edition of the International Filippo Nicosia Award in Italy, Parkhouse Award in London and the first prize and prize of the audience at the International Johannes Brahms Competition in Austria. In February 2022 the trio was guest of the BBC Radio 3 In Tune show. In March 2022 the trio won first prize and prize for the best interpretation of S. Vainiunas composition at the International Stasys Vainiunas Chamber Music Competition in Lithuania. They made their debut in Viennese Musikverein and at the Prague Spring Festival. For the 2022/23 season, the trio was selected for the Britten Pears Young Artist Programme. The other highlights include recitals in Wigmore Hall (London), Stoller Hall (Manchester) and appearances at various international festivals.
