The LBG Career Center offers researchers a practical introduction to the BASICS of project management. Participants explore foundational concepts of project planning, structuring, and development—always with a focus on applicability to their own research contexts. A central element of the workshop is the Project Canvas, an intuitive method for structuring and visualising projects. Participants will work in small groups to design a project canvas based on a mini-project and will receive feedback. The course will be held in English on January 23, 2026. Here you can find more information.

☞ Funding your Research. Writing Funding Applications in English
