☞ Introduction to University Teaching A Higher Education Didactics Program

This program is aimed at beginners in university teaching. It is divided into three parts, each with a different focus, but all of which are interconnected. In Part 1 of the workshop, that will take place on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, 09:00 AM - 12:30 PM, the focus is on one's own role as an instructor:

  • Individual ideas of teaching and learning

  • Various facets of the instructor role

  • The individual design of the role

The course (in German) is tailored to the concerns and needs of the participants, using available resources and existing expertise for mutual support and advice. A key component is addressing the individual experiences and challenges in teaching, which will be discussed in the group and worked on together.

The other two parts are:

  • Part 2: Interaction with Students

  • Part 3: Your Subject between Curriculum and Freedom in Teaching

The three parts can be attended independently of each other. Please register via Center for Further Education.
