ULRIKE SYCH

was born in Salzburg.
She studied voice at the Mozarteum Salzburg, in New York City, and in Italy.

Her repertoire stretches from oratorio and church music via classical lied and opera, to operetta and musical.
In addition to numerous concerts, solo appearances on television (Eurovision), solo concerts in the Atatürk State Opera in Istanbul accompanied by the Istanbul Symphony Orchestra, and invitations to perform at festivals in Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Greece, Turkey, Kazachstan, and the US; recordings and broadcasts for television and radio for Bavarian Broadcasting, Munich, ORF (Austria), RVTU (the Netherlands), CCTY (China Central TV, Peking), TRT (Istanbul Radyosu & TV), NTV Istanbul, and EUROvision. Very successful appearances at the International Fringe Festival in New York.
Ulrike Sych teaches since 1990 at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna.

She is lecturer at the following international master classes: Wiener Meisterkurse, Austrian Master Classes, Aristoxenes (GR).
